The first relocation project for this Minneapolis based Law Firm in over 30 years provided an opportunity to support a new way of working while driving efficiencies and providing an improved experience for their employees and clients.

Two interconnected floors in Capella Tower were selected for its prominent and convenient location with improved amenities that support the business goals of Maslon, including the health and well-being of their employees.

Maslon’s office serves as a hub for human connection and chance encounters. It supports this with a series of inviting moments and informal collaboration spaces.

The main reception welcomes employees and guests with sweeping views of the city, a fireside lounge, and immersion into the firm’s notable art collection. Central to this space is the grand stair flanked by a variety of settings that can be used for meeting breakouts and collaboration, and leads to a café on the upper floor.
